Our services utilize the 4G LTE high-speed GSM network, nationwide. We also utilize 3G as fail-over to
our 4G platform. We have contracted a partnership agreement with the largest national carriers to
provide you the best quality 4G LTE speeds. To determine the best coverage in your area simply submit
your address for verification.
Our service is designed for the average data user and for use cases such as: non primary and secondary
use, small business, failover, mobile, events, and low-end data users. The average data use case is under
200GB of data. At 200GB of data, the national carrier will throttle your service to 3G speeds. *During
congestion, small fractions of customers in highly populated areas may notice reduced speeds until the
next bill cycle due to prioritization. Customer continues to receive unlimited data however, just at
slower speeds, and only when in congested areas. We have shared plans that allow up to 200GB
however, we can custom fit any plan small or large to accommodate your company needs.
The National Wireless Carrier has the right at their discretion to throttle and/or deprioritize the data in
the time of network congestion. If excessive usage is determined lines can be suspended or terminated
if not rectified. NO REFUND(s) will be issued.
